At Vantigo, we stand behind the craftsmanship of every pair of shoes we create. That’s why we offer a 3-month limited warranty on all our leather footwear.

What’s Covered?

Our warranty covers manufacturing defects related to:

• Sole Damage – including cracks, separation, or structural failure under normal use
  
  
• Leather Tearing – including genuine leather ripping or splitting not caused by misuse
  
  

Warranty Duration

This warranty is valid for 3 months from the date of purchase.

What’s Not Covered?

This warranty does not cover:

• Damage caused by misuse, water exposure, or improper storage
  
  
• Regular wear and tear (creases, scuffs, or fading)
  
  
• Damage from unauthorized repairs or alterations
  
  
• Accidental cuts, burns, or chemical damage
  
  

How to Claim

1. Email us at support@vantigobd.com with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
   
   
2. Our quality assurance team will inspect the claim within 3–5 working days.
   
   
3. If approved, we’ll repair or replace the item at no cost, or offer store credit if a replacement is unavailable.
   
   

Important Notes

• Warranty is applicable to the original purchaser only and is non-transferable.
  
  
• Vantigo reserves the right to determine whether a product defect falls under warranty coverage.
